I have been a location sound recordist for the last 20 years, running my own successful company, Boominshot Ltd for nearly a decade.

After earning a degree in Technical Theatre from Rose Bruford College, where I specialised in sound design and theatre production, I spent 7 years working for Shift-4, one of London’s most respected TV & film facilities houses. During my time there, I gained a solid background in location sound recording techniques, and was also trained in camera assisting, lighting and other relevant TV and film production skills, while working on projects ranging from dramas to documentaries to feature films.

I have over the years built up a full and comprehensive location sound kit, which is kept up to date with changing technology.
