Cyclorama

A photographic background used in studios, theatres and sometimes on location.

Can be made from cloth which is suspended from curtain tracks in the studio ceiling or can also be a hard surface semi permanent structure forming the studio wall. Curtains can be black, white or gauze. A hard wall cyclorama is also known as a Cove or Infinity Cove and is usually painted white although it can be painted a different colour as required. Eg: chromakey green or blue.
