F4

Mounted on a 150mm bowl tripod to allow the camera operator to pan and tilt the camera. The F4 is a classic workhorse and has been favoured by documentary cameramen for many years. Nowadays, it's probably considered a little heavy for fast paced documentary and ob doc work but it's still frequently found in all genres of programme making.
