Piece to Camera
Pieces to Camera, or PTCs, are lines usually given by presenters introducing a programme and closing a programme, as well as leading you through it, e.g. introducing contributors, explaining content that you don't want to do in voice over and generally telling the story while in vision rather than in voiceover.
