Programme as completed

A part of the post production paperwork that defines all the legal elements of the programme.

Programme as completed (PasC) is a form which has to be filled in at the end of a production. It is a very detailed document listing all talent and contributor contracts and the rights negotiated; all third party copyright materials e.g. archive, stills, excerpts and readings; lists the names on the credit roller, lower thirds - basically everything legal that requires a correct spelling.

It may also incorporate a transmission form giving total running time and part breaks if the film is for commercial television; and may also include a music cue sheet although this is often delivered separately from the PasC.
