The term for sound which is synchronised with picture. Most commonly, this means spoken dialogue where the speaker's mouth movements are seen.
Examples of sync sound:
- A presenter speaking to camera
- An interviewee in vision
- Foot steps where the feet are seen moving
- A door opening or closing in vision
