Vista Vision
It differs from the anamorphic widescreen formats because it runs the 35mm film horizontally through the camera using 8 perforations per frame giving an aspect ratio of 1.5:1. This greatly improved the image quality since it produced a negative image of 3 times the size of a standard 35mm negative.
