Voice Over

A professional voice artiste will bring your script alive and adds a new dimension to your film. Sometimes VO is conducted without pictures, this is called voicing it wild. To do this, you will need to have timed each piece of VO so that when your artiste reads it, it will fit perfectly into the space where your guide commentary used to be. The Americans prefer recording voice this way, but it’s a hairy experience, particularly if you have picture locked and there is no going back to adjust picture to accommodate the new voice pieces.
