Wally Dolly

The standard kit weighs only 9kgs and contains 4 metres of screw together alloy track in 1 metre sections. The T frame dolly takes a standard tripod which in turn supports the camera and the whole set up time is around 2 minutes. The operator walks alongside and pushes the dolly to give the tracking action. The Wally Dolly also takes a hi hat with a 100mm bowl fitting for low level tracking shots.

A reasonably flat surface is needed for the Wally Dolly to work well although the foam track underlay will smooth out some uneveness. The great advantage of the Wally Dolly is its portability and can easily be included in an overseas shooting package.
