Mark Nuttall

Mark Nuttall is a sound recordist based in Manchester with over ten years professional experience. His work regularly takes him all over the UK and around the world.

Based in the North West of England, he has excellent motorway access to the surrounding cities and some of the most stunning scenery in the UK such as North Wales, the Lakes and Peak District. Mark is prepared to travel far and wide for filming assignments. 

For many years he has provided his expertise to television broadcasters, independent production, advertising and corporate communication companies.

Mark's wide ranging experience includes; drama, commercials and virals, broadcast television, education, Government, corporate, media training and web casting. Familiar with the latest recording and camera technology, he can complement any tv/film unit with location audio solutions for the most demanding of productions.

His career as a location sound recordist has allowed him to build up an extensive array of equipment, ranging from a drama/commercials sound trolley to the more recognisable "everything in the bag" documentary recordist rig.
