Shirley Schumacher

I am a Focus Puller / Operator based in Bristol and London.

I have been working in the camera department since 1998.

My experience covers everything from features, commercials and dramato corporates, documentaries, music videos and various short films.

I am familiar with all popular 35mm and 16mm cameras (ARRI,Moviecam, Panavision, Mitchell, Aaton) including Vista Vision as wellas all current HD formats including the Red Camera.

I have also basic lighting skills and gained extensive operating experience on corporates and various short films.

On various occasions throughout the year I act as supervising DoP for the London Met Film School.

In recent month I have done regular B-camera / 2nd unit on various productions from Bonekickers, Tess of the D'Urbervilles, Dr Who, The Sarah Jane adventures, Men are wonderful, Skins 3, Merlin and Merlin 2, Survivors and Casualty, Submarine to Mr Nice as well as various BBC trailers, music videos and commercials.
